Haylie & Kaelyn Turn Two!

Kaelyn and Haylie both turned 2 in April. Of course when I went to their parties I had to bring my camera! I really can't believe these girls are growing up so damn fast. They are starting to look like little kids, not even toddlers any more!

Kevin rented a bouncy house for Kaelyn's party. It was such a hit for everyone, kids and adults. Kaelyn and Kevin really loved bouncing in the house together!

Last year Kaelyn got a powerwheels, but this year she got a bigger one. They gave it to her inside the house. She wanted to ride in it so badly. One of Kevin's friends was holding onto the back wheel so she didn't drive into the TV. Since it wasn't working right, she went to look under the hood to figure it out. She is so her father's daughter!

She was all about getting into the cake as soon as possible! I think she remembered stuffing her face into it last year. Or she just couldn't wait to eat it.

Maybe she was just really hungry? The cake was really good.

At the end of the party she was able to get outside and try out her new wheels. This even had a real working radio. Kids these days have the best toys!

Here is Princess Haylie with her Grammy! She is such a cutie-pie!!

She was so cute when she was opening her presents. After everyone she showed someone and said "Thanks!" This one she is showing Dad a new CD she got. She was even dancing when she showed it!

I've never seen a 2 year old so excited over presents. This bag was so big that she crawled right into it to get the stuff on the bottom.

Mom and Haylie blowing out the candles. This cake was the best birthday cake I've ever had! I think they got it at a bakery in Manchester.

Not as messy as her cousin, but she still dove right into her cake!

Boys at the Fire Dept

Back in March my younger brothers came to me asking if I would put together a calendar for the New Hampton Fire Department for a fundraiser. I of course said yes! Because I wanted to have some samples for everyone to look at I needed some new photos. One of the nicer days in March I took some photos of the boys at the station so the calendar would have photos that actually dealt with the station. They looked like such guys in these photos!

Jake putting his air mask on. I didn't time them like I should have.
Nathan getting his gear on too.
Nathan's air mask wasn't on right, so Jake helped him out.
Brothers in Arms.
I had the meeting the other day with the NHFD Fundraising Committee, and I got the contract to do the calendars for them. I'm also joining the FD to be the department photographer!
I'm so excited!

Haylie's Almost Two!

Haylie turns two in April and her Mom wanted some photos to put on the invitations to her Birthday Party next month. It was a beautiful day the other day, so we went to Whites Park in Concord, NH. I remember going to this park as a kid and loving it! We weren't sure how she would do climbing on everything, but being the daredevil that she is, she just started climbing away!
I can't believe how tall she has gotten!
It looks like she is thinking, but her Mom was trying to get her to smile by touching her dimples. She of course copied Mom.

She almost looks angelic in this one.

She really wanted to try out the camera too. I gave her a toy one for her birthday last year so she could be like Auntie Niki.

Like I said before, no problem just climbing on everythi

It was starting to get a little chilly so we called it a day. I thought this was really cute walking back to the car with Mom.

Boys & Guns

I've been really looking forward to a nice snow storm to take some photos of my brothers with their guns. This past Friday finally rewarded me for my patience and had a nice storm (after the crazy wind storm the day before.

Here are some with Jake. He has the most beautiful icey blue eyes. I love how you can see a little in the scope too.

I was playing with what the focus was, so this one is a little more of the barrel.
Here are some with Nathan.

Looking through the scope.I love the shape of the barrel in this gun!
Here is the two of the crouched down together. I can't believe how handsome and grown up they are! They look like little men!

Kaelyn & Daddy

About in the middle of January Kevin, Kaelyn's Dad, asked me if I would take some photos of the two of them, and of course I did!
Daddy showing Kae how to play!

Playing on her bouncy horse. This toy hooks up to the TV and it plays like a video game, with her able to "jump" over fences.

Getting doggie kisses! Sometimes these are the best kind!

Wearing Daddy's Pat hat! (Go Pats!! )

She is such a Daddy's girl! She looks so much like him.
I guess she got a little tired out from all the playing, so she's chilling out on her princess couch with her best buddy, Allie.

Erika & Mike

Erika and Mike got married on New Year's Eve in the Crowne Plaza in Newton, MA. They were a very fun couple with a huge family on both sides. The ceremony wasn't very formal, but was very nice. The place was decorated with poinsettia's and Christmas trees, so pretty!

Her father was a very handsome man!

I said they had a huge family! This is his side of the family.
This is her side of the family
Really cute, loving couple.

Her cake, well cupcakes, were really yummy. I really loved the cake topper!

Everyone there were amazing dancers.

Her side of the family was Ecuadorian, so they had some really fun traditions, like dancing with a broom. With this, everyone dances around while the music is playing. Once the music stops, you have to find a partner. If you are left without a partner, you have to dance with the broom the next time. Everyone was having a great time with this.

Mike making a small speech just as the ball was about to drop.

It was such a great night. Loved the balloon and noise maker just left on the floor after the reception. Great way to show how much fun everyone had.

Kaelyn Christmas 2009

Of course I did pictures of my other favorite little girl for Christmas. Here is Kaelyn at her Mimi's house wearing her pretty red dress Daddy bought her.
I can't believe how tall she has gotten!

Her hair has gotten so long too! I love the curls!
Playing with one of Daddy's old ornaments.
"Um, I'm not doing anything wrong!!"
She looks like such a big girl sitting with the snowmen!
